Taking The Train in France - French / English Bilingual Easy Story

---
This weekend, I went to the open air market and bought some heirlooms tomatoes, zucchinis, green peppers and eggplants. Then, we did a kind of omelette with it: : first, we sauteed the vegetables in a bit of olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper, and when the vegetables were almost cooked, we added beaten eggs, and we let the eggs cook rather slowly in the vegetable juice. A touch of fresh thyme at the end. Maybe it wasn't very pretty but it was simple and delicious.
