Master Colors in French - Adjectives of Colors Follow Very Strict Rules

Bonjour mes chers étudiants de français,

Today, we'll review adjectives. My experience is that many students know the basic French adjectives agreement rules, but they don't actually know many adjectives. So I suggest you take a closer look at my list of adjectives for size, look, price and texture.

Then, adjectives of colors follow very specific rules. I will explain them thoroughly in my article.

To practice what you've learnt, I suggest you take my list for clothing in French, and use adjectives to describe them - if you do a good job, send me your essay and I'll publish it on Facebook! I will soon be adding a "learn French in context dialogue" talking about clothes and using many adjectives and common expressions, so stay tuned!

As usual, I'll be posting daily mini lessons and tips on my FacebookTwitter and Pinterest pages - so join me there!

Good luck with your French studies,
Camille Chevalier Karfis
