EarnForex.com Monthly Newsletter

*July 10th, 2012*

Welcome to the latest issue of EarnForex.com newsletter — July
2012.

In this issue of EarnForex.com newsletter I will remind you about the
most important Forex-related events of the last month and will also
show you the list of the site's latest updates.

*
Overview of the major currency pairs' performance in June*

*EUR/USD* — managed to recover in June despite some end-month
weakness. It was at the maximum at 1.2745 on June 18, at its minimum
at 1.2286 on June 1, finishing the month at 1.2664.

*GBP/USD* — rose even fast than its pan-European counterpart. The
highest monthly rate was at 1.5776 on June 20, while the lowest — at
1.5266 on June 1. GBP/USD finished June trading at 1.5704.

*USD/JPY* — went upwardly with a slight mid-month decline. The pair
rose to as high as 80.61 on June 20, reaching a bottom at 77.65 on
June 1 and closing the month with the 79.79 rate.

*EUR/JPY* — was bullish last month. The monthly high was at 101.60
on June 21, the monthly low — at 95.55 on June 1. Trading ended at
101.02 for this currency pair.

*GBP/JPY* — recovered about a half of its May losses in June. The
maximum level for this pair was at 125.81 on June 21, while the
minimum — at 118.75 on June 1. The month's trading ended at 125.26
for GBP/JPY.

*
Fundamental background of the past month*

June was a very mixed month in terms of fundamentals. The political
news were
quite good and increased the investors' hunger for risk. At the same
time, the
real economic indicators such as GDP, employment and inflation were
quite bad
and close to horrible in some parts of the world.

Some countries (China, Singapore and some European nations) had to
cut the
interest rates last month, amidst the growth of the borrowing costs
for
governments.

A $100
billion bailout

was granted to the Spanish banking system.

Greek parliamentary elections resulted

in the pro-bailout party victory, which eased the situation around
this country.

The Federal Reserve did
not

announce much-talked-about QE3, but extended its Operation Twist.

Meanwhile, United Kingdom officially entered recession

.

The last days of month were affected positively

by the European Union summit.

While oil, gold and silver showed mixed price action, the agriculture

commodities gained due to the adverse weather conditions in June.
